After launch, website care covers hosting, maintenance and an agreed set of monthly updates. It is a defined scope rather than unlimited support, so both sides know exactly what is included.
What care includes
Hosting
The website is hosted and served on infrastructure we manage, so you have one place to go when something needs attention.
Maintenance
Routine upkeep of the site and its dependencies, plus monitoring that the pages are loading as expected.
Agreed updates
A defined monthly allowance for content changes — new projects, revised services, updated details — set out in the written scope.
A direct point of contact
Requests come to the studio directly. Anything beyond the agreed allowance is quoted before it starts.
Scoped separately
Some work sits outside care — and we would rather say so up front.

- Content writing and photography production

Investment
Website care is generally around $100 per month.
That figure is indicative and subject to a written scope covering hosting, maintenance and the monthly update allowance. There is no unlimited support arrangement, and requests outside the scope are discussed and priced before any work begins.
