Services / Websites

A website engagement, end to end.

Every engagement is scoped to the business. The stages below describe how the work runs and what is decided at each point, so there are no surprises once the project starts.

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start with how the business actually works: the services it wants more of, the way clients arrive, the objections that come up, and the material already available. This shapes everything that follows.

  2. 02

    Information architecture

We decide what the site needs to contain and in what order — pages, navigation, and the sequence of a page — so a visitor can move from interest to inquiry without hunting.

  3. 03

    Design

Typography, layout, colour and image treatment are developed for the business. You see the design applied to your real content, not to placeholder text.

  4. 04

    Responsive build

The design is built as a fast, responsive front-end, with mobile treated as its own composition rather than a squeezed desktop layout.

  5. 05

    Content and project presentation

We structure service descriptions and project galleries so your work reads clearly, and agree who supplies which text and photography.

  6. 06

    Inquiry flow

One clear route to get in touch, placed where a visitor is most likely to act, with the information you actually need to qualify the enquiry.

  7. 07

    Review and launch

You review the site against the agreed scope, we refine within it, then prepare and launch. Anything outside the scope is discussed and priced before it starts.

Investment

Website projects generally start around $3,000, depending on scope.

That figure is indicative. The number of pages, the amount of content and photography to prepare, and the features involved all affect it, so the final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

We do not promise ranking positions, lead volumes or fixed launch dates in advance. Timing is agreed once the scope and content responsibilities are clear.
